Alcohol corrodes aluminum and rubber parts. It also absorbs the water in the fuel system and turns into greenish gel. That's why car makers make certified flexible fuel vehicles addressed these issue to run ethanol. What's your sample size? 2 or 3 cars? For how long? 'Almost a year' does not account for the life of the car in service. Have you opened the engine to inspect the aluminum parts that are permanently mated? Government surveys and studies on E85 still have yet to provide enough proof to allow more than 10% to be mixed in the gas stations. You can't just increase the fuel flow and rework and fuel map and declare it success. It's one thing is produce a number on the dyno. Quite another to make it work reliably in a car that actually drives on the streets over the length of its service life.
